Adrian von Kaenel is name partner of Streiff von Kaenel Ltd. and a Certified Specialist SBA in Employment Law. He counsels and represents individuals and legal entities as well as public institutions in various areas of employment, corporate and banking law and holds a seat on various boards of directors and foundations. He has published numerous works on employment and social security law, is co-author of the legal commentary Streiff/von Kaenel/Rudolph on employment contracts and co-editor of the Journal for Employment Law and Unemployment Insurance (ARV).
